Mollision Avenue, Enfield – industrial and plant noise assessment for planning, to support the use of the site as a film studio, with long-term noise monitoring using a specialist Intelligent Noise Monitoring system, designed and manufactured in-house.
Thales, Templecombe – plant noise assessments and commissioning tests to discharge a noise related planning condition for the industrial manufacturing use of a new purpose built facility near to residential properties. HEA 05 testing to assist with the sites “excellent” BREEAM rating.
Royal Holloway University – noise assessment for a new multi-storey car park to augment the University’s existing parking provisions.
Brampton Manor Academy, London – noise assessment, acoustic design and BREEAM Pol 05 assessments for multiple new teaching buildings, including SEN requirements and music rooms.
Queen Mother Sports Centre, London – plant noise assessment for the installation of new gas turbines within a residential area to serve a public swimming pool.
Milford Street Hotel, Salisbury – noise break-in assessment and acoustic design guidance for new hotel rooms opposite an existing night-club as well as the assessment of noise from future plant serving the development.
Paultons Golf Centre – construction noise assessment and mitigation plan for a proposed driving range extension.
North Whiteley, Southampton – noise break-in assessment and retail noise assessment with sound insulation design guidance for parcels of a large residential development comprising circa 3200 dwellings.
Gloucester Football Club – noise assessment and noise management plan for the re-development and new replacement stadium at Gloucester City’s football grounds.
